Tania did her studies in Jakarta, Monaco, and London – getting a bachelor’s degree in international business in 2012. Her internship started in Prestige Magazine & Mitra Adi Perkasa. Tania’s first job was as an assistant buyer for a boutique called Number Eight under MNC Group. In 2014, she moved to Unilever for 2 years & went into Unilever Distribution in Surabaya. In 2016, she worked for Go-Food, managing CRM for a year & then joined Syailendra Asia as Marketing Strategist and became the Head of Heritage Millenials. She is also the Chairman of Yayasan Muda Giat Peduli Indonesia and holds this position since the foundation was set up in 2019.
